Youth Minister
Aaron Huffman
(314) 965-2349 x 1112
"Hey, I’m Aaron. I’ve been part of the team at Kirkwood Baptist since 2024, serving as the Youth Minister—which basically means I get to walk with students through real life, ask big questions together, and point toward hope along the way. Honestly, it’s my favorite kind of ministry.
I grew up in Texas, and somewhere between seminary and a whole lot of late-night youth retreats, I realized this is exactly where I’m meant to be. I’ve been working with students for the past 14 years, and I still love it.
My wife and I have three kids who keep us laughing, humbled, sleep-deprived, and unexpectedly fluent in animated movie quotes. When I’m not at church, you’ll probably find me enjoying good coffee, great food, or rewatching a Marvel movie with my kids. I’m also a fan of deep conversations that start with, “I’m not sure I believe this, but…”—and I’m always down for a good sci-fi/fantasy book or a podcast that makes me laugh and think at the same time."
