Where do we find it?

In a world where our friends get cancer at 30, where do we find the energy to fight over the selection of an anthem?
In a world where widows sit long days without a human voice or hug, where do we unearth the time to criticize our fellow church members?
In a world where most of us will not live more than 80 years, where do we find the days to waste in bitterness?
In a world where most of us struggle to squeeze our many responsibilities into the “mini” 24 hours we are given, where do we dig up the time to disparage the diligence of others?
In a world where children die of AIDS, millions struggle to get water, and too many go to bed hungry, where do we obtain the money to waste in hateful activities?
In a world where a hurricane can wipe out a city, where do we find the energy to stir up a storm in God’s house?
In a world where the very best of us struggle with serious temptations, where do we acquire the audacity to condemn others?
In a world where the fanatic can strike out and kill for no reason, our friends dying a senseless death, where do we get the energy to hate?
In a world where all of us are but clay jars, where do we find the wickedness to throw stones?

Where? Think about it.
